We are not currently set up as a self-serve farmstand, and our products are often a chore to find in the freezers. In the next week or two, we will be adding a new cut of heritage breed pastured pork to our product lineup: shoulder steak. We have not ever offered this cut before. In the past we have either had whole shoulder (very unwieldy) or ground into ground pork. For a Shoulder Steak, here are two suggestions, you decide: Barbequed or Hawaiian preparation? Mmmm. Yummy!
