Big Celebration At Bernardston Farmer’s Market Today!

Today from 4-7 p.m. in Bernardston at the uNited Church parking lot on Route 10, @ the Farmer’s Market it is a Huge Harvest Celebration. See my last post for details. 

If you want to try before you buy, today is the day to do it: I will have a chef handing out samples of Wells Tavern Farm Pork, and Leyden Glen Lamb will have a chef with samples of a lamb product.  There will be free ice cream from Greenfield’s own Bart’s/Snow’s ice cream, and lots more going on.  Here is what I am focusing on for today:

 FEATURING an ALL PORK (no fillers) FRESH KIELBASA $ 9.75 lb.

Our pigs are sustainably raised in pastures, free to root and play, eat New England produced grains, Northfield corn, & drinking fresh Jersey milk from our dairy cows. No antibiotics. No medications. No growth enhancers.

We also have:

Hot Italian, Sweet Italian & Breakfast Sausage

Maple Syrup Cured Hickory Smoked BACON

&  Maple Syrup Cured Hickory Smoked Ham Steaks

Fresh Pork Shoulder Steaks, Chops, Country Ribs.

We also have:

Humanely Raised Veal Cutlets for Scaloppini, and Ground Veal.
