GRILLED PORK CHOPS with LIME CILANTRO & GARLIC
Prep Time: 5 mins (plus an hour refrigerator)
Total Time: 20 mins hands on
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
8 thawed Wells Tavern Farm pork chops
-Blend all excepting chops. Cover and place in the fridge for a minimum of an hour.
-Reserve 1/2 cup.
-Grill while brushing chops with the mayo blend.Turn halfway through cooking (about 7 minutes). Cook until chops are done.
-Serve with the reseved mayo mixture on the side.
