Wells Tavern Farm offers limited quantities of high quality USDA meats for sale directly to the public and restaurants. Cuts are generally packaged one per package (ie: a single chop, a single 1.5-2 lb ham steak, a pound of bacon), with the exception of country ribs which are about 1.5-2 lb. packages. We generally have everything cut thickly: one inch ham steaks, one inch chops, and thickly sliced bacon. Some custom cuts may be pre-reserved with enough reservation time.
